Why did I receive an error when making a credit card payment?
You must be sure that the address and zip code match what your credit card bank has on file. If your card fails due to AVS - Address verification, double check the physical address and the zip code, making sure to match your billing statement with the credit card company. Both must match to pass the fraud protection security settings. This is for your security, as well as AAA Driver Education.

When does my teen take the State written test?
Your teen will take the Michigan Secretary of State test with us in Segment 1 and Segment 2.
The tests are multiple choice, and a passing score is 70%. Teens are allowed two opportunities to retake the test if they do not pass.
